All payments towards the total tour cost must be made by the client directly to the company as per the procedure and timelines communicated at the time of booking. A minimum booking amount, as specified below, is required to confirm the reservation. This amount acts as a booking guarantee and remains non-refundable and interest-free, subject to the applicable cancellation policy.

The balance tour amount must be settled according to the payment schedule mentioned in the invoice or confirmation letter, whichever is earlier. In case of any billing discrepancy, the company reserves the right to revise or reissue the invoice. Any cheque returned unpaid by the bank will attract additional bank charges and handling fees per instance, and legal action may be initiated if required.

Tour pricing is calculated based on the prevailing rates at the time of quotation. The full tour cost must be cleared at least 30 days prior to the date of departure or by the due date mentioned on the invoice. Delayed payments may attract interest charges as applicable. The company reserves the right to revise prices in case of changes in taxes, fuel costs, or service rates before departure.

Any increase in tour cost arising before departure must be paid in full by the client prior to travel. All tour prices are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices, inclusions, and services may vary depending on the destination, travel date, or package category and cannot be compared universally.

All payments must be made in Indian Rupees unless specifically agreed otherwise. Payments via demand draft, bank transfer, cheque, or approved online payment gateways are accepted. Any charges levied by banks or payment gateways shall be borne by the client.

For international tours, foreign exchange rates applicable on the date of payment will be considered. The company shall not be responsible for fluctuations in currency rates or additional charges imposed by banks or financial institutions.

Failure to adhere to the payment schedule may result in automatic cancellation of the booking, and cancellation charges shall apply as per the policy mentioned. The company reserves the right to retain the booking amount in such cases.

In case the client wishes to modify or cancel the confirmed booking for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to personal circumstances, medical issues, accident, or non-payment of the remaining tour amount, cancellation charges shall be applicable as outlined below.

The company reserves the right to recover the applicable cancellation fees from the client depending on the date on which the cancellation request is received.

The following cancellation rules are applicable specifically for Char Dham packages booked with helicopter services:

The above cancellation charges shall be calculated on the total package value. Any applicable taxes, including GST, shall be charged additionally over and above the cancellation amount.

In exceptional cases involving government restrictions or verified medical emergencies, cancellation fees may be waived subject to submission of supporting documents. In such cases, any refundable amount will be issued as a credit note, which may be utilized for future travel as per company policy.

Please note that airline, train, or third-party service cancellations (if any) shall be governed strictly by the respective service provider’s cancellation policies, and the company shall not be held responsible for the same.
