Payments for Jeep Safari/Canter Safari are non-refundable. In the event that the booking is not confirmed, current safari charges will be refunded.
Our Liabilities and Limitations: Please be aware that after finalizing the tour/service cost, any subsequent increases in permit fees for safaris, taxes, fuel costs, or guide charges will be charged as additional expenses.
Important Notes for Current Bookings:
1. Submit booking requests at least one day before the intended safari date.
2. 100% confirmation of current bookings is not guaranteed.
3. Your safari zone may be any one of the 1 to 10 zones of Ranthambore Tiger Reserve.
4. Specific zone booking is not guaranteed, but efforts are made to accommodate your preference.
- Full fees must be paid in advance for safari bookings.
- An ID proof is mandatory for each visitor.
- No refunds or cancellations are permitted for confirmed bookings.
- Bookings are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged.
- Carry the same ID card submitted during online booking.
- Safari bookings can be made a maximum of 90 days in advance.
- Passport details are mandatory for foreign tourists.
- Safari permits are issued on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.
- The park may be closed without prior notice to visitors.
- In case of fee revisions after booking, visitors must pay the difference at the park entry.
- Visitors must report to the boarding place 15 minutes before the scheduled safari departure.
- If you book a safari for the next day, it will be considered a 'current booking,' subject to current terms and conditions.
All reservations, including entry and stay in Ranthambore Tiger Reserve, are provisional and subject to modification or cancellation by the Field Director, Ranthambore Tiger Reserve, without assigning any reasons. Making a reservation implies your agreement to all the terms and conditions outlined here. There shall be no cancellation/refund for any safari under any circumstances, and no requests will be entertained for refund/rescheduling of safaris.
